Exchange Policy

  • No return only size and color can be exchanged subject to availability
  • The product will only be exchange if the product received has any defect. You can contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of defected product at tstoreofficial.pk@gmail.com or call us at 0313-5429355 within 7 days.
  • If your exchange accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email with complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be replaced.
  • Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
